Intuit interview questions

The process started with a recruiter discovery call where we discussed my background and the role. This was followed by a technical interview involving coding questions and system design. Later, there was a virtual onsite with multiple rounds including behavioral, technical deep dives, and a pair programming session.

Huge disconnect between HR and tech interviewer. Don't even have courtesy to reply after interview process.. HR has to clearly define what's the role they looking for. Just bcz off company pressure, they just select few profile and pass it over to tech team. Questions asked from tech team is complete irrelevant to your title you looking for.
