Johnson Controls interview questions

Great first round with recruiter, got moved on to a behavioral interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager never came to first call, and then I was asked to pick an alternate time. Behavioral interview was solid, asked about prior experience and basic strengths questions. After interview and additional follow up still received no update and was ghosted. Very unprofessional staff.

Long process but nothing atypical. Flexible and respectful of my time. Remote interviews were seamless. I felt as though they wanted to get to know me more than just my skillset which is appreciated
