It will be a Three stage process with Talent acquisition shortlisting, a technical interview with department head and an HR interview.
After shortlisting, Technical interview will be scheduled with Department head and respective Sales Engineer to access your technical knowledge and skills about your past experience.
Finally a HR interview with soft skill access, salary negotiations, and confirmation on the further processes.
2 rounds of interview. First was an in-person with the hiring manager. Next was a virtual interview with hiring manager and Market General Manager. STAR and behavioral based questions. Overall, a smooth process
