Johnson Controls interview questions

Application I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson controls Interview manager teams interview about general role stack and salary, followed by another behavioral interview with a hiring manager about your prior experience, into a technical interview. It was a pretty standard process

I applied for the position because I randomly came across the posting. I am currently working full time but always looking for a change. I received a phone call almost immediately, trying to ask me a bunch of questions. I mentioned I am currently working and would need to set something up via email. They then tried calling me 2 more times and sent 5 more emails. All within 24hrs. This put a very bad taste in my head that they are desperate. I devided not to proceed with the interview just based on this experince
