It begin with an HR screening asking to discuss my background and salary expectations, followed by three technical interviews that assess role-specific knowledge in areas. The behavioral interviews, used the STAR method to evaluate teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A panel and manager round was included to gauge communication and cultural fit.
