I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Pune) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process at Johnson Controls was generally structured and professional, it was moderately challenging but fair. It begin with an HR screening asking to discuss my background and salary expectations, followed by three technical interviews that assess role-specific knowledge in areas. The behavioral interviews, used the STAR method to evaluate teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A panel and manager round was included to gauge communication and cultural fit. Overall, the process was thorough but balanced.
Both individuals were Very friendly and helpful people. I really enjoyed the conversation. This interview was an online meeting where we talked about the company and how I’d fit in the roll.
