Kearney Business Analyst interview questions

There are three rounds of interviews. First round contains two cases and behavioural (2 different interviewers). The second round is a case that requires PowerPoint and presentation skills, along with behavioural interviews for around 30 minutes. Last round with partner.

The interview process was during covid, but it was 2 rounds of Behavioral and Case so 4 separate interviews total. They are all with different people at the firm ranging from Senior Associates to principals. On the last day you may have a brief interview with a partner that is strictly behavioral.
