I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney in Mar 2010
Interview
case and fit interview.
round 1: 2 case's
round 2: 2 case 1 fit (the fit was more relaxed than a typical behavior interview. less on experience questions, just simply to learn about you and your personality.)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kearney (London, England) in Nov 2009
Interview
Was given two case studies on two different interviews. Cases were very lengthy and had to make own notes. Required deep understanding of P/L, balance sheets of a client's accounts. Also other specific business terminology e.g. network capital. Feedback very insightful from a principle in the firm who spoke to me over the phone for over an hour on how I performed and broke down what were my weaknesses to work on for future interviews.

Question 1
How can you merge the five business areas of the firm to increase efficiency in the business?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kearney in Oct 2008
Interview
The process consisted of two case interviews with two different project leader-level consultants. The first case was about sustainability while the other was about operations for a packaging company. The first interview was almost too easy, with the interviewer providing a lot of help even though I was not struggling or asking for it. The second interview was a bit tougher, but I thought I did ok. It is hard to say where I went wrong because they provided very little feedback.
