Kearney Business Analyst interview questions

The hiring process started with the company officials coming to the campus and giving a pre-placement presentation. I really liked the to-the-point way of their talking which was lacking in some other consulting firms' partners. The first process was resume shortlisting after which they got a shortlist of 37 people out of more than 400 applications. We were then invited a brunch where they tried to give us some more insight about the firm and the type of work it does. They came on campus for personal interviews with 4 partners. Each of them took a case interview and a little bit fit interview. After that I was given an offer which I obviously accepted!
