Kearney Business Analyst interview questions

For the 1st round, consultants were very good and the interview process was clear. The difficulty of the questions were as expect from a consulting firm. In the 2nd round interviewers were less clear, I solved both cases but they said I lacked the proper business knowledge... never understood exactly why. The worst was the HR organisation and scheduling. 3 days before my second round they had forgotten my appointment, they tried to change it a few times even though they new I was coming from abroad... the day of the 2nd round at 3p.m. I saw my interviewers discussing with the HR about how badly everything was organised... therefore, I think that my interviewers were not in the best mood that Friday evening...
