I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kearney (Madrid) in May 2013
Interview
For the 1st round, consultants were very good and the interview process was clear. The difficulty of the questions were as expect from a consulting firm.
In the 2nd round interviewers were less clear, I solved both cases but they said I lacked the proper business knowledge... never understood exactly why.
The worst was the HR organisation and scheduling. 3 days before my second round they had forgotten my appointment, they tried to change it a few times even though they new I was coming from abroad... the day of the 2nd round at 3p.m. I saw my interviewers discussing with the HR about how badly everything was organised... therefore, I think that my interviewers were not in the best mood that Friday evening...

Question 1
What was difficult/unexpected is that It was my first consulting firm interview, although we had been given a workshop a day before the interview, apparently we had to prepare more from the CASE TO POINT textbook, which I had no clue of. This really hurt my interview, but it was a good opportunity to learn from for next time.
