Smooth, nice, very structured, not all interviewers prepare for them. structure: fit questions / case / interviewee questions Four interviews: first: associate / manager second: associate / manager third: principal fourth: partner

Great HR people. One of the interviewers was great, but the other one didn't seem to be in the right mood. It's almost like if they didn't want to hire anyone and this was a waste of their time from the beginning. A huge pity, because there are some great people working at Kearney.
