Casual phone interview, the interviewer was trying to have a conversation. They asked a lot of details on experiences in the resume. Make sure to highlight transferable skills from previous expereinces.

Poor response from HR. I received an email that I would be getting 1st round interviews, and it took 2.5 months to actually schedule my interviews. The interviews themselves were positive. The consultants are very nice and patient when giving the case.
