Kearney Business Analyst interview questions

15 min. Skype call which anticipated the interview process. I was rejected because other candidates have an experience that is closer to the needs of the firm. Having worked at another consulting company before, I cannot imagine which "experience" they are looking for. The call was supposed to be one way: you talking to the interviewer and I was not supposed to ask questions related to the job or the team itself because, as I have been told, "this is only 15 min talk and if you want more information you need to wait until the next steps in the recruitment process".

5 colloqui di 1h circa ciascuno, ognuno domande attitudinali + caso aziendale (30 min - 30 min). Primi due con principal, secondi due con Associate, ultimo con AD Italia. Processo molto utile e ben impostato per conoscere meglio l'azienda: sfruttare la disponibilità delle persone con cui si effettua l'intervista per fare domande. Casi abbastanza complessi rispetto alla media, ma disponibilità dell'intervistatore ad aiutare e valutazione non eccessivamente severa.
