I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney
Interview
Case interview for the most part with a few fit questions as well. Consisted of two interviews back to back on the first day with junior consultants and then another two back to back interviews on the second day with more senior consultants.

Question 1
Market sizing: What is the market for a specific app
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kearney (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2019
Interview
4 Rounds of interviews with managers, directors, and partners. The interviews are all the same structure, fit + case. My case was a rather peculiar one and something I had not practiced before. It involved both internal and external strategies following a decline in profits (which turned out to be a decline in profit margin, not profits) which subsequently led to the firing of the CEO.
The feedback I was offered was not really helpful as the interviewer said I should have provided more recommendations aside to the reversal in price (which was the reason for the decrease in profit margins and the CEO's termination). He said I barely did not make the cut, which does not help considering it was a first round interview.

Question 1
Why A.T Kearney? Why the Middle East? Why consulting? Tell me about yourself
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
Easy interview process compared to MBB. As long as you know how to case, the interview process will be a breeze. Probably only have to do 5 case interviews to be prepared, whereas MBB can be as many as 60. For the behavioral, just be yourself and try to keep it conversational - all very standard questions!
First-round (virtual): 1 case interview (40 mins), 1 behavioral interview (40 mins)
Final-round (in-person): 2 case interviews (40 mins), 1 behavioral interview with a partner (40 mins)
