They want to know that you can use 'explain plans', which I currently do not use (I'm still entry level). Select all customers who purchased at least two items on two separate days. I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney (Moskau, ) in Feb 2014
Interview
I've been interviewed by 2 Engagement Managers of the company in the Moscow office. Even though I applied for BA position in Strategy Consulting, the 1st EM started to ask me questions on International Accounting (my previous job related to it very distantly, I've worked in Tax Consulting). The 2nd interview was better and involved case studies, which was more relevant for the position I applied for.
As I understand, they dinged me based on the accounting(!) questions in the 1st interview. The more astonishing thing is that they didnt even care to send me any communication afterwards, when I directly requested them about the results of the interview they just ignored me. Very unprofessional!
A 2 weeks later I got accepted to McKinsey&Co having passed through 5 interviews and getting very professional feedback after each round.
I'm glad that I didnt get the offer. To me, this a mediocre company in consulting.
