L'Oréal Project Manager interview questions

Un 1er échange qui a permis de comprendre le job et d'un commun accord, nous n'avons pas donné suite. J'ai un profil assez particulier en reconversion, alors que l'entreprise souhaite quelqu'un avec un peu d'expérience

The job offer was posted by personal agency. I have tried to apply to L'Oréal before but never received an answer. This time it went quite smoothly. I had a short call with the agent, they recommended me to the company and I was sent quite broad case study and an invitation for an interview. That interview took 90 minutes and unfortunately I did not perceive the atmosphere very friendly. The way they asked questions made me feel like I am attending a university exam. I was promised to be contacted within a month (which felt a bit weird and seemed like a long time to be honest). I have never heard from L'Oréal again nor received an honest feedback. It did not seem fair after the amount of time I´ve spent working on the case study and the interview itself. Even though I believe the company is offering an interesting job opportunities, carrier growth and great benefits, I was very disappointed with their attitude.
