I applied to a generic offer and received a link to schedule an interview with a recruiter in less than 24h. I booked a face to face meeting and had an exploratory discussion about my path and my competencies. I really appreciated the level of speed and the transparency.

The hiring manager seems to already have an internal candidate, and the whole interview just felt like completing a task... didn't really ask any questions， just talking about the job description repeatedly

Interview
Relatively straightforward. Good cultural questions and seemed to prioritise getting the right team member. Head office is lovely and has a great vibe. The interview manager was a great resource for information on the team and opportunities.
The HR are really helpful and the entire process is very smooth for Finance Division. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the process and the help extended to me at every step.
