Labcorp Design Study Lead interview questions

Primero te llaman por teléfono de RRHH y te hacen una serie de preguntas tipo screening sobre estudios, experiencia, conocimiento y aspiración salarial. Una semana más tarde te llaman para una segunda entrevista (si pasas el primer filtro) que se hace por vídeo conferencia con dos personas. La entrevista tiene tres partes, primero te preguntan sobre ti (estudios, experiencia, por qué esta empresa, etc). La segunda parte son STAR questions es decir darles ejemplos de situaciones reales que ellos te plantean y como las resolviste. Finalmente hicimos un Rol Play en el que te planteaban una situación problemática y tú tenías actuar para resolverla, proponer alternativas, etc. Fueron muy amables y en general la entrevista muy completa.

Applied, got a phone call from the hr specialist, easy questions, went on to the next round with a hiring manager, that interview went great. The hiring manager had a few behavioral questions, very easy, felt like we connected. Then made it to the final round with 2 other SDL managers, which was all behavioral questions, I totally bombed that interview and never heard back from the hr and even after I emailed her. Makes me so mad that they base their decisions on behavioral questions, I am not a quick think or a person who can exaggerate scenarios or use other peoples examples and turn them in to mine.
