Labcorp Project Manager I interview questions

STAR Format. Presentation on managing cross-functional teams required to team of interviewers. They did not discuss much outside of dealing with difficult situations and how to effectively lead a team while communicating with clients and internal teams.

30 minute phone screen with the recruiter, after which I heard back within a couple hours about setting up a time with the hiring manager for an hour long interview. One week later I got an additional invitation to go through the interview loop process with the team. There was a discrepancy regarding the travel requirements of the position. Recruiter told me travel requirements were 10-15% but the hiring manager told travel requirements were 25-50%. Ultimately I did not move forward due to this.
