After attending a job fair and being interviewed by other managers, I was contacted by the direct hiring manager to have a second interviewed. She walked me around the facility and gave me details about what to expect from the job.

Interview process is very quick and efficient. They basically want to know how serious you will take your job if given because it is a fast paced environment with a lot of sensitive and classified information.
