resume shortlisting follewed by telephonic interview which lasted for 20-25 minutes and a final skype interview for 45 minutes which was a mix of technical and HR questions. The questions asked in skype interview were from basic fluid mechanics and heat transfer plus from projects.

Very detail. They almost go through all what written on resume. You better prepare/review all the stuff on your resume. They have 2 supervisors, 2 current engineers in the interview.
