The interview process was long, arduous and unorganized.
I interviewed with a total of 14 individuals over the course of 3 months including various directors, sr directors and VPs. At the end of this very long process, the recruiter gave me a verbal confirmation of a pending job offer. 3 days later the offer was rescinded citing “leadership mis alignment on job requisition”. What a colossal waste of time, effort and emotions.
In my career I have not come across a more mis managed recruiting process.
