I was approached by an on campus recruiter after talking to them in career fair. First round : 30 minutes interview with hiring manager On site (online due to COVID) : 1 hour PhD research talk and 1:1 with engineers (7-8) , just make sure you know every about your research project and be calm when you answer questions.
