Interview was in an informal fashion so people will not need to present themselves in a formal office attire. The interviewer was specific and straight to the point. Questions directed were mostly technical questions relating to the job scope. The hiring manager will give an on the spot answer as to whether you are hired or not.

I was contacted by email by a recruiter. Few weeks later interviewed by hiring manager, about 45 minutes in length. The interviewer was very nice and asked very easy questions, more background check. 3 weeks later I've got a feedback and reject. There is a no communication between hiring manager and recruiter. Recruiter didn't follow up at all.
