Very quick interview process - one phone interview with an in house recruiter. Interviewed 2 days later on site with 3 separate people. Offer had to go through an approval process so took longer than expected but very quick for a large company,
In general, at Lenovo, we try to move the interview process along. Typically a recruiter would speak with you first. Afterwards a Hiring Manager would interview you with a decision within a few weeks at most. Typically we start people 2-3 weeks after an offer.
