Lenovo interview questions

Two rounds of interview. First interview was a phone call from HR, including some basic info questions, like daily arrangement and some behaviuor questions. Second round is with the hiring manager. Quite smooth experience.

The interview with the hiring manager was extremely pleasant even though I did not end up being offered a follow-up interview. However, I was never contacted one way or another by the initial contact with Talent Acquisition. This was even after I reached out 4 weeks after my interview with the hiring manager. It's 2023 - it isn't too much to ask for a form rejection email to candidates who have spent time and effort applying to your positions!
