Online application, then an interview with the store manager at the time. This was a standard interview with questions such as strenghs & weakness and why do you want this role?
Phone interview then in person, individual interview the following day. Store manager interviewing and another manager taking notes, took around 20 minutes. They explained a lot about what it’s like at Lidl.

simple process invited to an interview in store after completing online vetting process where i completed a questionaire about various scenarios and what i would do in each situation. one of which suggested multiple scenarios were going on and asked me to prioritise.
