Lidl Customer Assistant interview questions

Interview is super simple. Within 2 weeks from the interview you can start working for the company. Training on computer will take a couple shifts all paid for though. The reason you start so quick is because a lot of people leave and they are desperate for people to join their very understaffed establishment

It was very simple and straight forward they give you plenty of on the job training and it was very simple to transition what you learnt into the workplace. The interview was very quick and did not take too long to do. During the interview you also get perspective of the job from another workers pov and they explained the job role.
