I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (St Austell, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
very positive so far. Online application and then some assessments (situational questions mainly) - good format and easy to use as well as not being timed so don't have to rush your answers. Following this is a short telephone interview and then in store interview with the manager if successful.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Plymouth, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
After applying came an online assessment. Straight forward and easy to understand, just had to choose the most appropriate solutions to the problem. Followed by a telephone interview about 1-2 weeks after. Was relaxed, asked what my availability is, how flexible i am (available to work weekends or early/late shifts). Also asked why i thought Lidl would be a good match for me and what experiences i had that would help me within the job role.
Offered a face to face interview at the end of the phone call, which was relatively relaxed, two members of staff in the room with me and common questions asked. Had a phone call a day later offering me the position.
