The interview process was casual and it was a conversation to showcase my skills and experience. Enthusiasm and liveliness is key to the interview. Highlighting situations and experiences in customer facing roles is critical.

Why would you like to join Lidl?
Standard questions in a one to one basis not much else to it asking you customer service questions and stuff very friendly very relaxed enjoyable bit of a hassle to get there

Interview
Sent in a cover letter and CV. Then did the online test. After completing that, I got invited for a telephone interview that lasted around 20 minutes (normally shorter but I asked a lot of questions). Finally, I did a in-person interview upstairs in the store.
