Lidl Shop Assistant interview questions

One on one in person interview with general manager. A competency based interview discussing relevant experience, cv details, and scenarios. Interview length was 20-30 minutes. Overall good experience with the company from the encounter.

Brief job trial, then taken for some questions. Asked to attend a second interview which showed poor communication between managers as the second one seemed to be confused as to who each person was and got mixed up
