The interview was in an hotel, and the interviewers were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. They will ask you about costumer service and how to sorted out some problems in different scenarios as a retail worker. Those questions are common sense, so don't worry too much! They also will ask you about what do you know about the company, so read some bits in their website before the interview!
