A unique situation to say the least. Different stations with different activities used to gauge things like collaborative ability, team building, leadership style. They also had presentations and introduced most of the people we would be working with if we received an offer.

They did not ask one thing rather place me in a role playing scenario. They wanted to see how I would handle a real life situation in the position.

Took around 35 mins Recruiter asks questions and types them in to system some of the information asked shouldn't be asked such as wage or current salary. A big no from me thanks for phone interview Lidl you just lost a good customer as well.

Interview
3 gesprekken met leidinggevenden waar er werd gepeild naar kennis, ervaring en motivatie. Indien de gesprekken goed verliepen werd je aangenomen als filiaalleider. Om daarna filiaalmanager te worden moet je deelnemen aan een assessment waarbij je verschillende testen aflegd.
