I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lidl (Phila, PA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Looks like there is some age bias going on at this company. I did a quick search on Linkedin after my interview and I have not found one person on the Lidl US team who based on an analysis of University graduation dates and 1st job dates it seems there is no one under 35 with a position in Lidl US. I did not hearing back after they said they would reach out and after three attempts of contacting one of the millennials I completed a very unscientific search on LinkedIn to see if it could potentially be age discrimination and it sure looks like it might be leaning in that direction.
