Group hiring event. Leaders introduced themselves, but never asked the group to give a brief introduction of themselves (could have have a 30 second limit) Good icebreaker. A short video of Company, divided into smaller groups of 5 or 6 for a group exercise. Lunch was provided. Then one on one role play with one of 2 members of upper management and or HR. After all single role plays were done, a list of names were called to stand and were moved to another located. The remaining applicants were told their journey at American Lidl was over. Those who were relocated were having formal interviews through the remainder of day.
