In my most recent interview I had 3 round interview process (1 with hiring manager and 2 with team members). For the format the interviews ended up being 2 behavioral and 1 situational case interview
Smooth. The recruiter gives you very detailed breakdown of what to expect. I failed at the hiring manager stage. My feedback was the hiring manager couldn't clearly which contributions were specifically mine from my examples.
