Interview
Applied online, heard back about a month or-so later requesting a phone interview. Set up a mutually agreeable time, rescheduled once due to a conflict on the Recruiter's end. They started by asking some questions on the basis of H-1B Visa, current GPA, etc. They then asked a few situational-based questions. I answered using STAR, and whenever I was done answering, they would immediately move onto the next question with no follow-up, no conversation about my problem-solving method, etc. It was very evident that they were reading off a script, and simply asked to type everything down. Given that part of this role would be rotating in Talent Acquisition, I decided to withdraw my name from consideration immediately after our conversation.
Applied through Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Found out about the phone screen interview one week after applying. There are 4 interviews in total, and the waiting process depends for each candidate.

Interview
3 Rounds of interviews. First one is very standard with typical interview questions. Second interview focus on behavioral questions and what you would do in certain scenarios. The last round was a group interview case study, which was very difficult and you are working in teams of 4 with other candidates. Overall good interview experience but the last round was difficult trying to directly compete with other candidates.
