Question 1
What is your sales strategy, your experience and how do you engage with your clients
The interview process at LinkedIn typically begins with the submission of an application and a resume screening. This may be followed by a phone screen and technical and behavioral assessments. Depending on the role, the candidate may then have interviews with the hiring manager, team, or a panel, and may be asked to complete a case study or other skills evaluation. Cultural fit and background checks may also be conducted. Candidates can expect feedback throughout the process, and may have opportunities for negotiation before an offer is made. Once an offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. Throughout the process, communication with candidates is a priority, as is ensuring a positive candidate experience

pretty standard questions that weren't too surprising
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn
Interview
I had 2 interviews prior an interview with the hiring manager. I was told at the beginning that it would just be some sort of "coffee talk" to get to know each other and not really about the job. However, they went on to talk about the role for 30min and during Q&A's I felt that the hiring manager was annoyed by my questions and would cut me quite often. Overall I think I was not a fit as it gave me the feeling the feeling that LinkedIn is a very traditional workplace, probably too traditional for me. The other disappointing thing is that, after 3 interviews, they sent me an automated rejection email without any explanation whatsoever.
