I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Feb 2022
Interview
It was a smooth process. Used coderpad for code. Interviewer was kind enough. Explained how the interview process is. And introduced himself. Ask me about myself. How things work at LinkedIn.

Interview
Got a ping via LinkedIn
* Recruiter
* Hiring Manager
* Four team members
The interview with the team members was 2 people at a time.
The last interview was terrible. The interviewers were not interested, never asked me a single thing about my work, and were multitasking and not even pretending to care about my application or experience. It was, frankly, unprofessional and shocking for a company with a good reputation. Good luck to whomever gets that group. This experience would have been positive if those two people had been pleasant during the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Nashville, TN) in Feb 2022
Interview
Sourcer reached out to me on LinkedIn to consider a position. I used the self-help phone screen tool to pick a date and time for an interview. From there, they called me and we chatted for about 20 minutes. The Sourcer was very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and discussion of the role and LinkedIn.
The call ended when we discussed salary. Ultimately, the budget of $187,000 base comp for the role wasn't aligned with my minimum requested base comp of $215,000. I am already making a base comp at that level and was looking for a step up to make a move worthwhile.
I do look forward to keeping in touch should things change in the future. Definitely recommend interviewing and considering LinkedIn! Seems like a great company to work for.
