Interview
Really disappointing process. Had a recruiter call and during that call, the recruiter spoke at about 100mph, and just seemed like they were reading from a piece of paper.
I wasn’t even asked about my experience and how I could be a good for the role. The recruiter just explained the company and the role and then asked if that sounds good?
To which I explained yes and why and tried to explain how my experience could help as I wasn’t being asked any questions.
And then 3 weeks later they sent a generic rejection email.
Very disappointed considering how large and reputable this company is.
It was good, reasonable. Friendly and informed staff that prepared me well for my interview rounds which was great. They place a high value on finding the right fit, so authenticity is very important.

Interview
4 interviews + case. Pretty straightforward with questions around previous experience and a case where you would bring in a "whatever you are interested in" part. When presenting case there were several managers and peers involved
