LinkedIn interview questions

The initial conversation was with an outsourced recruiter. They knew nothing about the position, read from a script with no breaks or pauses, and rushed through the process. They requested an interview a few days after receiving my application and sent a rejection on Christmas Eve (about a week after they requested an interview). A surprisingly unprofessional experience from a company of that caliber. This was the first opportunity I've had to interview with the company and likely will not waste my time in the future.

I chose not to start the interview gauntlet. This is what I learned: 2 Interviews Parts: - One Hour Live Coding Technical • I was disappointed this was the only option. To be a leader you need to accommodate a variety of personalities and types. Having a one size fits all approach is not best. I'd like to see additional options such as timed take home, submit previous project, etc.. - 6 HOUR panel • This is incredibly long and difficult to carve out time for, especially if you're already in a role and not sure about switching ** Finally, the compensation was low due to geo-based compensation. Since the pandemic we can work remotely from all over, so geo-based is not competitive salary.
