Tallent Manager people for this role is not exactly great in understand what CSMs do and do not conduct the interview properly. People which are a great fit was filtered out due to lack of understanding from the talent Management of Linkedin. Hiring mnagaer has no clue due to lack of competency of Linkedin Talent Management

Situation Questions, However answers that were provided were better but did the lady interviewer was not able to compehend or understand the Job requirements to find a fit
Recruiter emailed me for exploring interview. Then, I was invited to a phone screening interview.
I was asked to implement LFU similar data structure. I've never implemented that before. I've done with LRU though. It was very difficult to me to come up with appropriate solution on site.

LFU-like question was asked, which was very difficult for me to solve.
I had a first-round HR screening that lasted around 30 minutes, during which we discussed my skills, experience, achievements, &, finally, my salary expectations.
They did not update even after one week of the interview, and next week I called HR & they said people mgmt skills are not matching

1st round : managerial interview was just 30 minutes and the person who taking the interview was like a robot kind of person. There is no courtesy and no empathy. Ques: Why do you want to be a manager?

Which one do you like, coding or management?
2nd round : you will be given Data structure problem( Arraylist - union and intersection of 2 lists of data) to solve it, you can write the code and the interviewer will ask why you took the approach you took.
Forget about your mgmt skills here. Just coding you need to be good at DSA and system design.
