The process of very standard of any internship interview. I went through an HR phone screen, and then two phone interviews afterwards. I had the choice of either going on site or to do a phone interview for the second round, and I ended up doing a phone interview due to scheduling conflicts. The questions are all very standard algorithms and data structures questions.

I talked to the hiring manager, had a technical interview, waited two weeks for an answer. I got turned down. I honestly didn't prepare well so I cannot blame anyone other than myself.

Refer by employee, after three weeks, I got phone interview with recruiter. The recruiter is really nice. The process takes about 30 min. After two days, I got rejection call.
