It was a 3 step process with HR Round, Hiring Manager Round and Presentation round on a case study on how you would manage the performance of the team. They were fair in my opinion, no consulting based questions like how many balls would you fit in the room.
Pretty simple - recruiter call, followed by call with HM - that is what I was told - sure there are couple other rounds there - but didnt get past the screening due to visa reason
Seemed well organised and the recruiter knew and provided a lot of key information. What was interesting is there wasn’t just a one off case study presentation. There was a case study embedded in the entire process
