During the mock call, i spoke about LinkedIn solutions and dug deeper into white collar / blue collar workers and how our Learning solutions would benefit them.

Interview
The interview started with a phone screening but got ghosted shortly after even though I was told it seemed like a perfect fit. Recruiters are hidden behind a software for scheduling and it means you really can’t reach out to anyone after the fact.

Describe how you’ve worked with teams outside your own?
It was a comprehensive job interview that included a series of standard questions, designed to assess both my qualifications and suitability for the role. The process was spread across multiple rounds, each more challenging than the last. One of the key components was a detailed presentation, which lasted for at least forty minutes and required extensive preparation and research to ensure it met the high expectations of the interviewers.
