LinkedIn interview questions

Interview process was fair. HR was communicative, and the recruiting manager was great at setting expectations of the recruiting process and the role. I ended up not not getting the role, because they chose an employee for internal mobility instead, but the experience was still positive.

2 interviews. Competency style interview questions Walk through previous work experience and projects that I had worked on. It was around 2-3 weeks from application to offer. During the first call we covered the type of work set up as I was seeking remote work or 1 day per week onsite. It was confirmed that this was absolutely fine and they were very flexible. When they extended the offer to me they insisted it would be 2-3 days per week onsite as they had a policy change. Had to decline as I was living too far from Dublin office. Could have been transparent at the beginning rather than wasting my time.
