LinkedIn interview questions

3 stages, first interview was with teh recruiter, 2nd was with hiring manager and 3rd was with director and hiring manager. Fairly straightforward and fast moving. Communication was very clear throughout.

Was a referred for the job by an employee. After the initial screen, they told me they wanted to move me on to the next steps and what those next steps would look like. I provided my availability in the timeframe they asked for, then they ghosted me. It's been over a month and I haven't heard back from them, even after a few follow ups with the recruiter.
