I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was efficient and engaging. It consisted of 4 rounds and the recruiter was super responsive throughout the process.
First was a call with the recruiter, then a call with a hiring manager, then an interview with 3 people that you would work with in the role, and lastly is a case study.
The interviewers were all great to speak with and always left time at the end for questions. Even though I made it to the final round, I was ultimately not selected; however, the recruiter reached out to me directly and provided candid feedback as to why they chose the other candidate and things I could do better in future interviews. Overall, my interview experience was one of the best and I hope I get the opportunity to interview with them again in the future and get an offer!
