I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Jun 2023
Interview
Had a great interview process initially, the recruiters in Toronto are very responsive until you're taken out of the process, with no feedback whatsoever, from anyone. They completely disrespect & ghost you after you've spent hours preparing for the two assignments and stages of interviews (case study + demo). The whole process is a joke. Oh and the hiring managers will disregard your follow ups as well. It's ironic that they are sales leaders.
Harder than it needed to be, a lot of back and forth before being informed of the final decision. The questions were redundant and ultimately led me to believe it wouldn't be a good fit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If offered unlimited training what topic would you learn about first?
(4) 30 minute interviews. 2 were classic case studies, 2 were more "tell me about a time" questions.
The case studies were questions like "Why did Amazon buy Whole Foods" and "How can we improve LinkedIn"
