LinkedIn Recruiting Coordinator interview questions

Didn't receive an interview but emailed me first about a phone screening. Followed up with them immediately but they emailed me back 2 days later apologizing for the delay and they decided to move forward with someone else. Understandable in that they didn't want to waste anyone's time, but I feel like they probably should have scanned all resumes before sending out for-sure phone screening emails.

Applied via Glassdoor and I got called by the recruiter. I had 2 phone interviews before go onsite, then there I had 4 interviews (2 face to face and 2 VC). They were all very friendly and the interview looked like a chat
