There was a recruiter phone screen, then a hiring manager screen that included a short role play. That was followed by an onsite with several members of the team. Very straightforward process, structured and efficient.

One round with the recruiter, 1 round with hiring manager, then 1 round with HM and a colleague.
The second and third round were two different role plays about a discovery call with a client. They give you the scenario and you run through a 15-20 min disco meeting.

The interview is 3 or 4 rounds with a recruiter, hiring manager, and then members of the team. Most of the recruiter and team member questions are behavioral and lean towards how you will fit into the company culture and team chemistry.
